Terms of service

Recapto sends personalised post-game AFL and AFLW recaps, links to official highlights, and (on Recapto Plus) SMS recaps and a per-game chat. Recaps and chat answers are generated automatically from official match data.

Recapto is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Australian Football League, the AFLW, or any club. Club and league names are used only to describe real matches. Highlight links point to the AFL's own official videos; we never host footage.

The free tier includes recap emails for one AFL and one AFLW club. Recapto Plus costs A$8 per month, billed through Stripe, and adds SMS recaps, every detail level, and the per-game chat. You can cancel any time from your manage page; your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

We work hard to make every recap accurate to the official match data, and if a detail is not in the data we say so rather than guess. Automated systems are not perfect: occasional errors, delays, or missed sends can happen, and the underlying data sources are outside our control. Chat answers are informational only and never include betting or gambling content. Nothing in this service is professional advice of any kind.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any problem with the service is limited to the subscription amount you paid in the month the problem occurred. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Chat has per-game question limits. Do not use the service to harass, to attempt to extract content unrelated to the football, or to resell our recaps as your own.
