Privacy policy

Your email address, your club picks and detail level, and a record of the recaps we have sent you. If you join Recapto Plus we also hold your mobile number (only if you opt into SMS) and your subscription status. Card details never touch us: payments are handled entirely by Stripe. If you use the per-game chat, we store the messages you send so the conversation works and fair-use limits apply.

Running the service you signed up for: sending your recaps and highlights by email, texts if you opted in, answering your chat questions, and billing for Recapto Plus. That is it. We do not sell your data, run advertising, or add you to marketing lists.

Like most small services, we rely on a few providers to operate: Vercel (website hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email delivery), Telnyx (SMS delivery), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (generating recap and chat text), and YouTube's public data service (finding official highlight links). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

No advertising or tracking cookies. Your private manage and chat links are signed so no login or password is ever needed.

You can change clubs, switch off SMS, or unsubscribe entirely at any time from your manage page (linked in every email, and in the opt-out link in every text). To have your data deleted altogether, email recaps@recapto.com.au and we will remove it.
